KiliTech brings teachers from vocation schools, located thirty kilometers away in Moshi, to teach the men and women in rural villages skills in beekeeping, sewing, decorating and catering. Men and women in rural areas now have their first paying jobs in the community. Most people here are pastoral now for the first time they harvest honey, host weddings, sell children's uniforms, and grind maize. The vocation training has far reaches mentally, socially, and economically.
