KiliTech assists communities such as East Kahe ward, which has about fourteen thousand people, with vocation training and we built a maize mill so the community can grind their own grain and provide food to the schools. We also built a community center for the community to host community events such as weddings where the women make money decorating and catering for the community events. We trained over one hundred adults in beekeeping, decorating, food preparation, and sewing  They can now make their own school uniforms, sell clothing, and provide community services. Majengo is located about 50 kilometers from the town of Moshi.
